    Anyone running a 18x8.5 with a 35 offset on the front of a B6 A4?

Courious about how much it will poke (or not).
If you have a picture to show, and can comment on any fender modificaitons that where required, that would be great.

    TIA

    Zero poke.

"Perfect" fit up front if you want to run 235s, but you'll want 10mm spacers in the rear for the sake of looking good.

    Awesome. thanks for the replies.....

Do you think a 30 offset on a 18x8.5 will work, or will that 5mm make too much of a difference?

Is your car in your avatar? You'll almost definitely rub a bit. Seems like if you're really low, ET32 on 8.5 width wheel is about as far as you can go with 235 tires. I've never rubbed once with ET32 on 19x8.5 but I'm about 24 3/4" all around. Not as low as what you just showed.

That is my car in my avatar, but i am not that low. That was from the day i installed my coilovers. I cranked them all the way down before putting them in to see how low i could go...

My daily height is pretty close (maybe a tad lower) than the Dolphin one posted above

It will look ah-maz-ing! Depends on your ride height as to whether you'll rub. Are you running 225 or 235 tires?

    Cool
now one more question. Using the same size and offset in the rear, any idea what size spacers should be used to match the "poke"

I wouldn't add more than a 5mm in the rear. Overall et30 all around. Just my personal opinion.

Second picture doesn't look ET30 to me, you're sure those wheels are 8.5? I guess they must be since a 255 tire on a 8" wheel would overlap the lip more, but still, doesn't seem right to me. Maybe its the angle IDK.

Edit: I saw the same wheels for sale in your sig. Still doesn't look quite right to me, strange.

19x8.5 ET33 is flush to the fender with no rubbing.

With ET30 you will kiss the fender lip every so often. That is why I shaved 3mm off the hub on the Keskins shown in the pics to make them ET33.

didn't rub with either set except with ALOT of weight in the car. Like 500lbs worth of steel plus tool boxes.

I could be wrong, but i believe if your wheels have a 37 offset and you shave off 5mm, your new offset will be 42, not 33....
