Performance Upgrades
Stage 2+; Autospeed tune + AWE downpipes
Autospeed TruDual 225 Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust w/89mm tips
Samco silicone TBB & F-hose
710N diverter valves
ECS 2.0T Coil Pack Conversion Kit
K&N drop in air filter
034 Motorsport Snub Mount
H&R Sport Springs and Bilsteins; ECS Tuning coilover-style sleeves on front
shocks are toast; you can still drive it, but the front is pretty bouncy. I’ve adjusted the front ride height up a half inch for extra clearance so you can drive it home with minimum tire rub
I recommend the buyer plan on a proper set of coilovers. The ECS sleeves are frozen to the current shocks, ECS has discontinued them, and the Bilsteins can’t be used without them because stock spring perches sit too low for sport springs.
034 Motorsports adjustable upper control arms (necessary to get the camber right when lowered)
Goodridge stainless steel brake lines
AWE Tuning aluminum pedal covers

Sexy Upgrades
18” BBS
8mm spacers on front (required for BBS to clear calipers)
Converted front hubs to studs & lug nuts; didn’t get around to doing the rears, but will include parts in sale
Will include 10mm spacers for rear to complete the stance after you install the studs
Euro Xenon Headlights; clear side-markers
Aero-style low profile windshield wiper conversion
Custom-wrapped B6 steering wheel w/ alcantara stripe

Other Notable Maintenance
New front slotted rotors and EBC Redstuff pads; new rear pads
Heater core; just replaced (this job sucks, so you’re welcome)
New power steering pump
New alternator (2019)
Valve cover gasket (2019) 227k
Cooling system flush and refresh kit (2019), including new:
Thermostat
Thermostat Housing
Auxiliary Fan Sensor
Temperature Sensor
Coolant Expansion Tank W/ Cap
Auxiliary water pump and hoses (2016)
Cam chain tensioner gasket set (2016)
Transmission mounts (poly?) and fluid change (2012) 170k

Cons
Shocks are toast
Original clutch; only noticeable issue is 1st gear (see video)
Tires are touring spec due to all the highway driving I was doing. Right rear is mismatched, but all tires have ~5/32nds left
Typical dead pixels on gauge cluster display screen. I just keep it off.
Sagging headliner
It was a mid-atlantic car most of its life, so there is some corrosion on underbody components
Original paint; clear coat is failing on rear bumper and roof and hood show some oxidation; assortment of scratches and chips mostly on bumpers
Rear brake calipers should be rebuilt or replaced. The right rear seized and I fixed it by taking it apart and cleaning everything, but I didn’t have time to wait for the rebuild kit and the piston boot is torn.
Cruise control doesn’t work (probably just the switch?)
One of the hinges on the arm rest compartment is broken
Passenger front axle CV boot is torn; I have replacement boots I will include

History

I’m the 3rd owner. The first was a lease and the 2nd was a woman who bought it because the color was pretty. Her husband was an offroad Land Rover fanatic and maintained the car religiously. I bought it in 2006 and have owned it ever since. For a decade, I had to travel to another city for work each week and racked up a ton of highway miles. As a testament to how gently this car was driven, the clutch and turbos are the originals. There were less than 1000 Nogaro Blue S4s brought to the US and even less with the alcantara interior. I’ve included as much detail above as I could think of, but feel free to DM me with questions.
