Oil in intercooler line, blown turbo?

I have a new to me engine with 120k miles on it and the turbocharger was just recently replaced 6k miles ago. Recently I’ve been getting about ~100 miles to a quart of oil. I ran a dye test and no leaks on the outside of the engine but I am getting a pool of oil on the exit of the intercooler line going to the intake manifold. I also have the CTS Turbo catch can kit that replaces the PCV valve and doesn’t let any oil enter directly into the intake manifold. Please note that the oil i’m finding that has pooled in the IC line is also a lighter brown color. Have my turbo seals blown already or is there something i’m missing? I appreciate any ideas or feedback! Thank you
