Wondering why I cant get any multimeter battery voltage readings using the jumper posts under the hood? I am able to get readings using the battery in trunk.

That would seem to imply a break in the cable from the battery positive fuse panel to the TV22 term 30 distribution block (where the + jump start post is). Or an issue with the cable from the battery negative to the chassis. You need to measure between one post on the battery and one jump start post, and see which one doesn't give you a reading? Battery - to jump start +, and battery + to jump start -. Battery + to any chassis metal should read "12v". And what is the reading from the red fuses on the driver's end of the dash to the - jump start post? The red fuses are term 30, battery connected. But a different connection on the battery positive fuse panel.

Last option is your interrupter has gone off and blown the connection to the starter/alternator. The path to the red fuses, for example, is a common 110A flat fuse. The path to the TV22 block is through the interrupter, which the airbag controller can blow in a crash detection. Open up the panel and see where 12v is and isn't present. Is there a reason this event should have been expected? F is the post that goes out to the TV22; the interrupter is between A and F. So if A to battery - has 12v but F to battery - does not, time to replace the interrupter. https://www.europaparts.com/battery-fuse-4f0915519.html

Thank you for your insights, I will try to investigate further. I am able to charge the battery to full with my Ctek using the jump posts under the hood and the vehicle starts fine so that’s why I was confused why I can’t get multimeter readings using the jump posts under the hood.

Yeah, that would seem illogical that you can charge using the jump start posts but not measure using the jump start posts. I can't conceive of a scenario where those observations aren't mutually exclusive. The alternator housing is a ground (as is any of the chassis metal). Can you measure from + jump start post to alternator housing?
