    2015 RS5 Wheel Spacers

    Hey Guys, I need help trying to find the best fitment wheel spacers for my 2015 Audi RS5 with the OEM 5 Bar wheels. I've heard that the bigger ones should go in the back and the smaller ones up front or Should i do the same MM all around? I'm not sure and I'm stuck with all the options. Any suggestions or opinions on wheel spacer size would be appreciated.

    I’ve been through just about every iteration of wheels and spacers on my 15’ over the past 9 years. In summary, you have MORE room in the front than you do in the rear. About 7.5mm is the rough “extra” per side in the front you have to play with. That being said you CAN run:
    15mm rear and 10mm front (don’t though, rear pokes too much I think)
    10mm rear and 15mm front (better look, more balanced)
    10mm square keeps things easy to remember on rotations.

    Or….sell your Rotor Wheels (5-arm) and build a set of forged Rotor wheels with an appropriate ET and width to fit without needing spacers. The “Rotor” wheels are HEAVY at about 34lbs per. Shedding wheel weight is great for performance. I went from 34lbs to 29lbs to 20lbs going from Rotors to BBS CH-R to BBS Fi-R. Huge difference.

    Regardless of sizes, I have always ran ECS Spacers and Tikal titanium wheel bolts sized to match the spacers. I’m currently on 5mm rear and 12.5mm front but new rubber and rear RS6 CCB’s are going in so things may change.

    I'm running 15mm up front, and 10mm in the rear and it's a great flush look. Any more than that and they'll poke out, but you could go less if you wanted. Like s vier mentioned, 10mm all around would make things easier to work with (but your fronts would be set in a small amount).

    IMHO it really is splitting hairs. Keep in mind 1 mm = 0.0393701 inch. 5 mm = 0.19685 inch. Can you really eyeball that small of a difference?

    Just go bigger spacers. It is not going to result in a skateboard look

    (yes different fenders, different wheels) Mine are net ET 20 275 width on 19x9. The wheels are ET40 with 20mm spacers. Also regarding the spacers, I wanted bolt on as opposed to sandwich with longer bolts. Bolt on are much easier to deal with when putting wheels on. H&R DRA (bolt on) are 20 , 25 mm
