C5 RS6 wheel rubbing on upper control arm

My tire started rubbing on my upper control arm on the driver side (only driver side).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be failing that would cause this to suddenly start happening?

    possible worn bushings or something?

    Current tire size is 255/45/19

Stock suspension? If so, maybe DRC leaking?

    Can you take any pics?

    Yes, stock suspension.

How would I test this to see if that was the issue?

Ill grab a pick when I go out to my car.

I’d guess you’d need a bunch of sag from the strut failing to be enough to rub the control arm. You could probably see that with a difference in your wheel gap between right and left sides.

If you take the wheel off you should be able to see if the strut is oily or has oil+dirt stuck on it.

You could also try bouncing that corner to see how much it dips. When a corner is compressed, the opposing corner should help prop it back up, keeping it flat.

That's a way too tall tire for a RS6. Aspect ratio should be 35 on 255 tire.

Only way to not hit the upright is to space them out, but you'll rub on fender.

Size down and get a proper tire for it.

Good catch--missed the 45 aspect ratio. Def too big.
