Wiring harness for the 2019-2024 S6 exhaust flaps

Does anyone happen to know or able to look up the part number for the wiring harness for the 2019-2024 S6 exhaust flaps? Long story short, we installed an S6 exhaust on an A6 and would like to be able to control the flaps. I know they can not be operated by the computer(s) but I would like to keep the wiring as stock and clean as possible and then wire/splice in an aftermarket flap controller to open and close them at will. I called a dealer but the guy I talked to didn't seem to think the harness can even be ordered. I disagree because if a vehicle is in an accident and the wiring is damaged, how to they replace the harnesses if they aren't sold by Audi?!?!? He also said he isn't able to look up the part without a VIN to put into the computer. I told him I would grab a VIN off a vehicle listed online but he then refused to look it up because he said they can't sell a part for a vehicle if they can't verify fit. I'm scratching my head on that thinking but whatever....

So, any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated!

This may not be terribly helpful as I don't know about ordering the factory harness, but at least on the C7.5 the exhaust flap harness seems to be integrated into the main vehicle harness and for that reason it may be quite challenging to order independently. Given the simple nature of the flap wiring, you may consider building your own harnesses. You can buy the plugs and pins from digikey or mouser, then just buy the necessary lengths of wire and fabric tape to make your own custom harnesses. In this way the wiring will present as factory, but you can fully remove it without having to have cut up the main factory harness at all. Something to consider.

Sorry I cannot help but what was the cost and process of doing it? Did buy new or old? Entire cat-back or axle-back?

How about the rear bumper? Or just changed the diffuser?

I really hope it isn't the entire harness but either way, I will look into that. It's more likely than not going to be a lot cheaper and hopefully will give the clean look I'm hoping for. Thanks!

The cost for the exhaust was about the same as going aftermarket, which at times I ALMOST wish I had done but the look is so much better.

I went with new only because there weren't any used available anywhere around me and the install was a simple "plug and play". I'm pretty sure its cat back but here is a picture of what was included
Sorry, apparently you can't insert or upload pictures directly into messages.

As far as the bumper, it was just a swap of the valance/diffuser and then I had to order a "chrome" trim piece that apparently doesn't come with it.
