I bought this car 9 months ago with about 90K miles after my B6 had finally kicked the bucket. Had fully well intended on keeping this car long term, but I have a daily commute of at least 100 miles and i spend way too much on gas. Going to sell and get myself back into a more economical car, like an S3. Looking to sell this car to someone who will enjoy it.
I'll try to keep this short,
The following services have been completed:
Timing chains
Supercharger and serpentine belt with tensioners
Water pump & radiator hoses
Brakes and rotors
New AGM battery
Control arms front and back
Diff fluid
Pros:
Just barely ticked over 100K, one of the lower mileage examples for this sort of car.
Does not consume More than 1L oil through a 5K interval.
Very clean on the inside.
Has pretty much every option you could have asked for.
Services that are pending:
Cabin filters, have them ready to install when I'm free.
Valve cover gasket is weeping a very small amount.
Rear washer is leaking a tiny bit and has been emptied to prevent damage.
Sirius XM module died and has been deactivated, but no one uses this.
Cons:
Paint has definitely seen better days, but it's good for the most part. Someone resprayed two panels poorly.
Front cup holder is looser than a Catholic school girl but it'll hold your drinks fine, bothers me a bit.
TPMS is coded incorrectly so the error in on permanently.
Rear bench is missing one clip.
Rear left thorax airbag connector is fouling the rear bench, causing the airbag light to turn on, though it just needs to get wiggled to go away.
Front ashtray is missing.
One of the interior trim buttons to lock the door has a crack going through it, cosmetic issue.
After the Sirius XM module died, there has been an alternator fault light that comes on saying the battery is not being charged, though it has been investigated to be nothing; will investigate further to ensure it will not occur since it's annoying.
The cons list is rather long since I'm putting in everything you can think of so you have a good idea of what too look at when coming to look. Though I am working on fixing these small issues prior to any sale.
