At the expense of being yelled at, I just want to hear from any tuning company how close we are to getting 2023+ B9.5 tcu tunes cracked open.

You won't get anything beyond "it's being worked on" with no timeline. It'll be many years before we see it imo. The only way around this is to swap a mech unit from a 2022 or older car.
