Replacement to the old prefered ECE mount options?

What have people been choosing for their TTRS since the ECE Dogbone Mount went out of production? I see there is the 034 alumn inserts, the ECS & Powerflex inserts. With the Stg 1+ ECU & Stg TCU under hard load the shifting thumps so i figure it is load movement. Just curious...
