Paint preparation resources?

Does anybody have a set of known good resources (links? Writeup?) on paint preparation?

I’m thinking I’ll sand and do filler myself and then have a shop to actual paint.

A million YouTube videos, not to be rude, I like the Eastwood videos. Donut (YouTube channel) is doing diy paint prep right now on their FRS, if you like their vibe.

I’d make sure you can find a paint shop that will paint a car you have prepped. I don’t paint cars, but I feel like if I did I would not allow for you to prep your car, as it would be hard for me to guarantee good results since the prep work is so important. Maybe you can and this will definitely save you some cash. God speed
