I gutted my pre cats and now have code 0491 and 0492. Is this from gutting the pre cats or something else?

Nope. Its SAi code. Sounds like you have a vacuum leak going to your Combi valves or something like a bad SAi pump or broken flexible SAi line

Thanks Vinny. I am trying to diagnose the problem now. It does not feel like I am getting any air through the vacuum lines. They broke when I tried to take them off to check so I need to get some replacements. I am not sure if it is suppose to have positive air blowing out of the line or pull a vacuum through them but either case it is not doing much. I checked the SAI motor and it didnt seem like it was coming on. I ran power directly to the SAI motor and it will run then. I am going to double check it at start up when I know the motor is good and cold. I did check the 40 amp fuse for the SAI motor and it is good. Any hints of where to look would be appreciated.
