2021 Audi S8 - Creaky Sound and Feeling in Steering Column

2021 Audi S8 with an annoying, weird creaky sound and feeling in the steering column. Below is a YouTube link to a short video where you can clearly hear the sound. I can also feel it in the steering column itself when I turn the wheel. You can hear the sound quite clearly. And no, it is not the sound of my tires moving on the pavement. This is something that you can hear, but also physically feel every time you turn the wheel at low speeds, and it’s definitely not normal. I’ve never experienced this in any other vehicle. I’ve taken it to my local Audi dealer twice and both times they said that they fixed it, but I just got it back today and it’s clearly not fixed. Have any of you experienced this with your Audi? i had a similar sound when i changed my front air strut and tightened the lower control arm and other components with the car in the air. Tightening those components with the wheels hanging down places stress on the rubber bushing after lowering. So it made similar noises to yours when i was driving.. I loosened and retightened with the car lowered and that fixed it. if you haven't had any work done then its likely not the culprit
