high mileage c8 S6 /S7

Just curious to see the mileage everyone is at and any major issues they have had. I have a 21 s6, bout with 13k miles. Now at 50k miles. Replaced Steering rack at 15k miles. Other than that the car has been solid. Alternator replaces under the recall.

Same thing happened to mine when I got it with 13k miles, it was a Texas car.

50k miles on a 2021 no issues except alternator recall and a bad water pump under warranty. For mods I have a cold air intake, apr tune and 285s (22") all the way around.

I plan to do intercooler upgrade, awe exhaust and high pressure fuel pump once the summer car is finished with heads cam and s/c.

Love the apr tune. At first, I didn't notice much, but I wasn't getting on it. Mileage is the same and I've done some pulls at highway speeds and it's insane.

I have zero concerns on fixes. I'm already past warranty at 50k. This is my second apr tuned audi and my first had 165k miles with only a water pump replacement at 155k for a fix. Car got totaled. Otherwise, I'd probably still be driving it. Apr stage 1 is just waking it up a bit. Pretty mild tuning wise audi should've done it from the factory.

Apr I think now sells warranties on their stage 1 tunes if you're worried.

Thanks man, The downpipes make this thing sound like a beast, much more unharnessed growl. Zero drone inside the car as its so quiet in the cabin, but you can really tell when startup in my garage or running through an underpass. I'll get a sound clip up, I had to pull them (pain in the ass) for PA state inspection, as even the catted pipes throw the P0420 P0430 CEL, and until I find a tuner that will adjust the thresholds for me, I have to remove these things annually for PA emissions/inspection. I cut off the OEM tailpipes and welded on 4 black stainless tips, looks way better, as the only chrome was the tips on the car.
I got the Diverters from NGP Racing, as they are local to me and have great support when I need them. I'll get better pics up soon. I attached some pics of the CF parts I've accumulated so far, mirrors and spoiler... I'll be getting the splitter and diffuser when the weather breaks this spring.

I have a good relationship with my mechanic. He was a tech at Audi but he left. So he works on my car at his home shop.

I might need to start establishing a relationship with a tech at the dealer.

With any luck I'll be in FL soon myself. I'm looking to relocate from PA. No emissions would be awesome.
The wide stance is my favorite thing about this car. I'm looking at wheels now, trying to push them out a little bit closer to the edge of the fenders, it gives the illusion the car is even wider.

What needs to be done to fit them? Are they direct bolt up, or do I need new calipers and adaptation?

nothing custom, we run the same hub. Only thing is I specced them to sit flush with the s6 bumper so yours might sit slightly in more in the rear. 22x10.5 et 20.

I've been trying to see the widest I can go and most aggressive offset, and not interfere with the air suspension. I like to air down at Cars & Coffee's.. I'm thinking a 275 tire too. Do you have much experience with fitment on these? I did hear that the RS7 front fenders are wider, so I cant go off of any of their data.

On the a6/s6 I was told 11 is the widest we can fit. I am running a 265 tire and a 35 sidewall. Fitment should be pretty close on our cars . I believe our front calipers are the same size . I have messed around with perfect fitment for my car but not the s7.

I am only at 50K miles. so far that is the highest mileage I know of and I have not had any issues apart from the things I have listed. The car is pretty solid and I do drive it hard from time to time. I just keep up with all my maintenance and make sure to do oil changes every 5K miles
