Stumped on electrical issues (dash cam and K40)

I picked up a pretty clean 2019 RS5 with some very small issues. One was the gas cap plunger/popper. I replaced that (quite a headache but definitely DIY capable). The only other issue is the previous owner had a forward and rear dash cams installed and a K40 laser detector. Neither of which turn on. I figured they pulled the add-a-fuse fuse to kill them before resale to the dealer but that's not the case. Everything appears to be hardwired.

I did some digging into the fuse panel on the driver side dash end cap, the fuse panel under the dead pedal, and the battery in the trunk. Nothing is jumpered and added on.

I took apart the lower dash under the steering where and found the K40 electronics and a lot of bundled wire which went further back into the dark unknown.

Would anyone have ideas on how these would be not just wired in, but selectively shutoff together without effecting anything else?

Some dash cams are wired into the rear view mirror, not sure about the detector
