    PCV/Water Pump/Thermostat/B12 Pro Kit install

I’m currently collecting parts for some maintenance under the Turbo and replacing the tired shocks and lowering it a touch. I have a couple questions and wanted to know if there was anything else I should replace while I’m in there. I purchased the “breather kit” from FCP Euro and I just noticed that the seal kit for the injectors weren’t OEM. The maker is Elring. Should I pony up and buy OEM, or will this kit suffice? I’ll be doing a Walnut blast and injector decarb, changing out the pcv, water pump, thermostat, changing the gasket on the oil filter, the breather hose, pcv hose and intake manifold gaskets. I’m going to wait on changing the belts because I’m going to get it tuned and haven’t decided if I’m going to change out the crank pulley, or just keep it stage 1. Is there anything else I should replace?

For the rear coil install, I’ve seen a three or four different ways to go about removing the coil. I went with an inner coil compressor and I’m thinking that I’ll unbolt the sub frame, leaving a few threads bolted in, giving me a little more room to get the spring out. There was another video where they lowered the control arm after marking the bolts and slowly lowered the control arm with a floor jack… I’m thinking this method with the addition of using a spring compressor to hold the spring in its compressed form, so the lower control arm isn’t loaded, might best a better option though. Is there a method that you found safest?

    Thank you in advance!

Not certain about the injector seal kit. I haven't pulled them out. Search around the supercharged 3.0T engine is used is several models.

For a 2014 you might as well change the supercharger oil, (maybe intercooler bricks too), spark plugs, and have extra oil + filter on hand incase any coolant drips into the valley when removing the pcv which is likely. I'm in the middle of this job now. FCP has great step by step guides.
