B&O Door Speaker Upgrade Questions

2016 Premium Plus Sq5 owner here!
Looking for some recommendations and info for the mid-bass door speakers on my B&O equipped Q5.

Recently 3 of my door speakers have all stopped working. OBD11 shows open circuit on 3 of 4 door speakers

I ordered the adapters off alliexpress (6.5") and ebay (8") for an aftermarket door speaker install along with the Audi connectors and water proof silicone baffles.

Now the hard part, finding a 8" (fronts) and 6.5" (rears) door speakers that will fit.

I was kind of trigger happy and ordered these Pioneers

My problem I am worried about is mounting depth.
The 8" shows 3 5/8" mounting depth and the 6.5" shows 3 1/8" mounting depth.
Does anyone know the max depth we can run on these cars?
