Need a respray of Ara Crystal Blue

So my neighbors kids decided this past Friday was a great day to #%^* up my paint and now I need to get my trunk and bumper redone.

My questions; is Ara Crystal Blue a 3 stage or 2 stage paint? Also, what do I need to keep in mind about getting it repainted

I ideally would go to the certified collision center but I know I won’t get that much money out of this kid’s parents so I’m trying to find a happy medium.
