While MMI is still working, the screen showing red and white stripes. Garage says matrix needs replacement. But they didn't check anything electronics-wise. I spilled decent amount of oil in the trunk; wonder if it could penetrate into wirings/connectors somehow.
Before ordering new display, anything it I could check or instruct garage to check for me?
Rebooting MMI helps nothing.
