    Running Rich Bank 2

I've been getting the check engine light for P2190 and P0175 for bank 2 running rich. Car has new plugs, coil packs and PCV system and is running fine. Idles fine and has decent fuel economy, 8L per 100Km on highways and about 12L per 100km in town. After a drive, I checked the STFT and LTFT with LTFT showing 0% but STFT showing -25% on bank 2 and -16% on bank 1. I will try injector cleaner, give the MAF sensor a clean, and see if anything improves or helps me isolate the problem. I know STFT and LTFT can be exaggerated by older OBD2 readers(which mine is) so I'm somewhat confident it isn't trying to pull that much fuel out. It also seems to only get the CEL after 2-5 minutes if i stop the car at lights. My two thoughts are either a bad injector or a bad o2 sensor. Anyone have any experience with this?

What year and model? Also engine code would be best. Dual or Single MAF's? Separate HPFP's? Engine code will answer those questions.
