2006 B7 manual sedan; help with exhaust question.

I have sourced a used OE cat-back exhaust in excelent condition as ilustrated in the enclosed pic. I am throwing away the crap aftermarket system currently in my car. I want to return to as OE as financially reasonable. The OE downpipes were cut as shown in the enclosed pic, and a lenght of fabricated pipes with the O2 sensors put in their place. I can wait to be at JHMotorports in a few months and try to have new lenghts of stainless pipes with O2 sensor ports fabricated or source new downpipes; however I do bot want to spend more than US$500.00 on this. I can purchase now new catted downpipes from XS-Power as in the attached link. What would be your advise? Thankls! Best!

I'd just buy the xs power downpipes if you can't find any stock ones. Do you have emissions testing? Do you want/need cats? Are you trying to go stock/quiet? Were the downpipes welded to the exhaust?

Thanks for your reply. Emissions is not a concern; however I would like to avoid drone and excessive noise. I also need to avoid any fault codes and warning lights, of which the car has none at this time. The original down pipes were cut to remove the cats and the OE cat back system removed. Instead a cheap exhaust was welded in. Best.
