Looking for/WTB oil cooler coolant supply line - # 8E0121030F

Anyone have one in good condition for sale or know where I can find one? I found one from Latvia on eB and the remaining new one or two from Germany (eB). Nothing in N.A. available.

Edit: Anyone ever purchase genuine Audi parts on eB that come from Latvia? Good, bad, horrible experiences?

If this is the hose nearest the passenger side crash bar mounting point, I replaced just the hose part with a 90 degree bend single piece of hose from Pegasus Auto Racing, closest imperial size.

It has been working well on the car for about 1500KM now and cleared everything, but very close IIRC

I'm not sure if it's the same part but it's this part:

Hose was cut, here's what it looks like. Unfortunately no part number on it to help and see if it matches.

I did not use the OE hose clamps on the silicone hose; used gates silicone hose clamps but any hose clamps for silicone should work fine.

IIRC the difficulty because the clearances were so low, was that the hose clamp also can only be oriented in a limited amount of ways for the tightening mechanism to clear

Got a link for that hose from Pegasus, want to see the overall image/dimensions of it?

Thanks for all the info but it looks like I'll have to bite the bullet and go w/OEM from Germany. Shop could not find one in N.A. Again, thanks.

Curious how much it would cost for a quality custom replica of this hose??

I've thought of getting hose molds for the entire car and finding a hose manufacturing company to build them, but it is a serious business undertaking to assure quality, testing and fitment of silicone hoses based on the research I've done. Maybe someone will pick up the idea and make a full kit for the soft hoses out of silicone for the platform. More popular car platforms have such options as everyone here knows

IIRC it was this one, but check the diameter: https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/pr...sp?RecID=20700

I placed it on the hose and made a cut with an Olfa knife on top of the old one to get the size right. I had cut it in that spot because it was caked on and made access for pic and clamp removing easier, as the metal tube flexes in that region and is attached to more mini coolant lines that are best left undisturbed for now.

I think the shorter legs would be fine too, but for the price negligibility here, may as well get 2 90" with the longer legs, in case the cut or measurements of first hose go wrong for some reason.

The bend in the pic on the site is seemingly more abrupt than the one I got, but should be correct, was a while ago. All the 90 degree hoses on the site look the same so it should be good

No problem, what was the contact point in Germany to order the hose?

I look at these guys as well (https://hpsperformanceproducts.com/p...0-degree-elbow) just to see if they had a smaller diameter that is needed, may have to look off shore for specific size...can't think of the name of a UK based manufacture right now but when I do I'll look what they have to offer.

There is https://www.autobahnautoworx.com/ that produces in house to my knowledge, ordered a full complement for my wife's GLI and the color was a made to order, I did/do have to do some trimming on some hoses. Not sure if they would be willing due to such a small market but I'm sure if enough people get behind with cash in hand for a GB and all "good" reference hoses in the engine bay it could happen. Making the hoses for the wife's GLI took a couple of months though (20+ hoses IIRC of vacuum and coolant) as I think they have a really low man power.

I was thinking of doing thin gauge aluminum piping where feasible to replace the rubber since silicone is not on hand later down the line, welded junctions to replace plastic pieces and what not but that's an engine out type of thing.

It was Audi Gmbh itself (in their warehouse). I should have it in about ~7-8 days @ $760 + expedited shipping $68.
