Car jerks when accelerating at low rpm 100-1500rpm

First of all, thank you all for being here. I'm happy to be back on this forum after years of hiatus. Happy new year.

I've been enjoying my new MY25 RS6 but I noticed the car jerks a bit with potential power loss for ~0.5 seconds when I'm slowly accelerating. It usually happens at low rpm, between 1000 and 2000 rpm, at 1st or 2nd gear.
There was no gear shifting when I experienced this. RPM suddenly drops, maybe by 300-500rpm, while the gear stays in the same gear.
Has anyone experienced this before? I searched the forum but nothing came up.

    Thx in advance!

So I have a similar issue. It happens when I slow turn the car stutters. Almost feels like the diff skips I thought maybe it was the 4ws I have yet to have it checked since I can't always replicate the issue. I get no codes when I scan the car wonder if its just the way the Dif is but its off putting I can say that even my wife is like OMG did something just break. I am going to try and replicate it again so I can take it to the dealer.

Man i’m sorry to hear that but my issue seems less severe…
The jerk is more pronounced when i slowly accelerate. I need to take it to the service center and see if i have any error codes.

Sounds like typical Audi drive by wire behavior to me but always good to get it checked out if your gut says something is weird.

Could it be a misfire issue?

How is this physically possible? That sounds like typical Audi behavior in Drive mode - shifting into 8th gear way too early. Have you tried driving in Sport to see if that eliminates this issue?

MY24 and I have experienced the same thing probably a dozen times over the last year. Usually when turning after being stopped or slowing down at a traffic light. Low speed and RPM first gear. The car basically cuts power for a split second and is rather alarming. But then accelerates away like nothing happened.

I can't replicate it and have never brought it to service for the issue.

mhmm, i actually just tried doing that on my way home today. Same thing happens.
Whenever I accelerate from standstill, or slowdown to get over a speedbump and accelerate again, the RPM would drop slightly around 1500, whether it's at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gear.

Would it be worthwhile to take it in and have them reset the ECU? I wouldn't be surprised if they don't find any error codes.

Odd, May have happened to me today. 24 rs6 2800 miles(garage queen). In dynamic, slowed to take a turn. Light acceleration and then almost like it hit the brake for a split second then it was normal. Nothing noticeable after that

It is not the automatic engine stop=start kicking in right? Turn that off Iif it was on) and see if the problems stops?

No it’s not that. It’s a delayed power delivery at times. I’ve seen it in my performante as well another Audi product. It’s some throttle control electronic issue.
