VCDS mileage to service coding issues

Hi guys, I own a 2007 A4 B7 3.2 FSI and after the last oil change I believe they messed up the interval coding. It used to be 15000km and 365 days for the last couple of years but for some reason it's now 1500km. As per the screenshot - Min Mileage to Service km x 100 - Current value 15. I tried changing the value in channel 42 but for some reason it didn't allow me to enter anything larger than 15 (the Save button is disabled, but works on 15 and lower).

Also, channels 43 and 44 are giving error - Not available as per the screenshot:

If I change channel 45 (Oil quality) to 2 (Longlife), then channel 43 and 44 appear but I'm still not able to enter anything larger than 15 in channel 42:

Any ideas what the issue might be and how I can set the min mileage to something like 10000km? Thanks.

Suggest you review the info both the above links - 2nd is the one most likely to apply but you might have to do the first to do a full reset first.

Thanks for your reply but I have successfully performed SRI reset via the button and channel 02 has already been changed to 0. The problem is it shows next service in 1500km which is why I'm trying to change the value in channel 42 (km x 100) to 100 for example, but it's not letting me enter anything larger than 15.
