Noticed the smell of coolant while driving. Opened the hood up and noticed remnants of coolant spray. Shut the car off and heard slight hissing coming from this hose. The connection also feels slightly wobbly.

Has anyone else experienced this issue with this hose? Didn’t see anywhere else where coolant could be coming from. Coolant reservoir tank doesn’t seem to be cracked or leaking and I don’t have any warning for coolant level being low.

FCP Euro carry’s a replacement hose and want to be sure it’s the correct one.

I had the same issue and it appears to be pretty common. The plastic becomes brittle and cracks leading to a leak

Ive had this issue but replaced it with the steel braded lines from TGK (the ones from the first pic in the post above). It replaces all of the plastic with AN steel braded lines. If you want to replace it with the stock plastic, sometimes amazon has them for cheaper than the dealer but honestly go with the TGK option
