    Upgrade Suspension

I'm looking to beef up the suspension on my fwd A3 Sportback.

I don't want to go coilovers due to maintenance. For those who have improved suspension, what did you purchase?

Finally, how was the DIY experience, if applicable.

I had Bilstein B14 and H&R springs on my FWD. I have the same setup now on the quattro. Not too bad to install yourself if you have basic skills with the wrench.

Okay, so coilovers it looks like. Night and day difference in handling, or a little bit?

This setup is not coilovers. Lowers the car by an inch. A little bit stiffer than stock suspension.

Oh okay. I googled the B14's and it took my to a coilover on ECS. I will do some more research. Thank you.
