So, what on earth is this? Meet the Audi A4 B5 quattro ”Overland Shrek” project.
Detailed YouTube video goes up this very moment where you can see this car in action.
I was thinking since new cars are getting more and more boring and basically driving iPads, that it’s time for me to look deeper into the Audi community driven by passion for cars that we want to drive, and not driven by.

Yes, I mostly shoot brand new RS models, but I think this will be something completely different and catch lot of interest.
As Im visiting a city in south of Poland always, I see this car garage shop that has some crazy older Audis standing outside and they always seem to build some interesting projects.

So this time, when I was shooting the RS7 Performance in the area, I approached them and asked if they want to feature one of their cars on the channel. And cool enough, they already followed my work since a long time, so they were very thrilled by the idea. And the next day we found ourselves in a very snowy and muddy forest. These guys specialise in building overland / off-road lift kits for many older Audis, and here is their B5 A4 quattro that is beating lots of proper off-roaders in local off-road contests.
Enjoy to the fullest, and especially the YT video.

Thats an awesome build. I would love to do something like this down the road. A local guy done the same thing with a Mk4 R32 and its pretty rad.

I'd really like to make a rail buggy with a B5 drivetrain, but put the drivetrain in backwards (engine in the back). Then make an AEB startup and run backwards so the vehicle has 5 gears in the right direction. (Apparently, this is a thing that can be done without too much work).
^Don't listen to this guy, he's not even a mechanic.
