Did I miss it or were the timing chains/guides never addressed?

No evidence of timing chains being serviced. No rattle or issues with the engine.

The car will be driven 1,000 miles per month until I trade it in Q2 2025. Offering a chance for the forum community to get a chance at it. OBO, thanks!

I can't speak to the power steering or suspension replacements, however, the full exhaust was because the previous owner installed an aftermarket exhaust that threw a code.

He didn't keep the original exhaust and was comfortable with using the dealership for everything (Audi Town & Country in Greenwich, CT) so dropped if off and requested a full OEM exhaust be re-installed. I have the full Audi receipt.
