Trouble accessing the Green service menu

Hi everyone. I'm trying to access the green service menu in my B8 with the B&O system. It is the Audi MMI 3G High. I enabled it with VCDS and everything, but when I press and hold the car & setup buttons, nothing happens. Am I missing something? I've searched high and low and I'm not finding anything that helps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!
    -Wes

CAR+SETUP, press at the same time and hold for a few seconds. If you roll your presses so it's one then the other, probably won't trigger. You have rebooted MMI since you made the adaptation value change (or power cycled ignition)?

Yep, I've both rebooted the MMI and power cycled the ignition

I encountered this once before. Try enabling it with VCDS a second time (if you haven't already). Then do the buttons. The first time that I enabled it, it somehow didn't "stick" because holding the MMI buttons didn't work and when I checked VCDS a second time the setting was "disabled" again.

Thanks! I ended up disabling it again, re-enabling it and this time it stuck. who knows what the issue was.
