My 2009 A5 randomly showed the yellow "Malfunction indicator light" today, after a few times recently where starting up the car has been a struggle (where it sounds like it's trying to crank up weaker or more than ever before. But it's intermittenet). so i ran VCDS scan on it, and it showed this for engine malfunction.

The odd part, is i cleared all DTCs and then did a rescan and then at the top it still shows "01-Engine -- Status: Malfunction 0010" however when I scroll down then there it says no fault found and the light disappeared from my dash:
No fault code found.
Readiness: 1110 0101
So to my experts out there, asking for your help of how much of a concern should I make this or thoughts on what it could be to repair?

Thanks as always!
