I received a private message from JoeLew who has joined recently. He sent me a PM concerning a "Wanted" ad I posted. The message sent me to someone outside the forum for the part I was looking for. Stupid me sent the money and I never received a response or a tracking number after the payment was sent. Beware!!

I confirm, it is a scam...No news or tracking number since payment sent...stupid me!

Always DEMAND a photo of said item with a handwritten piece of paper with their username and the current date on said item. That way they can't just grab a photo off internet and fake it.
Hope it wasn't too much money. You'd be surprised how often this type of stuff happens.
