depressed the clutch petal when the motor wasn’t in, don’t ask me why..
The rod has popped out of the cylinder and lost all fluid. Took it off and I can’t get the rod back in to save my life.
Any help here would be appreciated
    Thanks guys

Have you opened the bleed screw and tried to push the rod in? Usually, there is still some amount of pressure in there when you're pushing the plunger back in.

I can’t get that actual rod to press back into the metal cylinder that sits on the spring.

Doesn't it just rest on the plunger? Did the boot come off?
