This is such an awesome manifold. However, due to the age of the manifold, the studs are sometimes a problem. Either being stripped or broken where they are threaded in overtime.

What did you have this hooked up to? I'm looking into building a bigger turbo motor now that I am freed from the confines of SCCA's STU class. It looks like I can get a 2867R eliminator kit for just about $2k from ECS. It seems like the T4 setups flow better than the stock manifolds (is that a T4 flange?). What's required to make it work other than a T4 (presumably) flanged turbo, this manifold, and some injectors.

Sorry if this seems like a silly question--from what I can tell, aftermarket turbo support for the 1.8t is shrinking, so info seems hard to come by.

I’ve personally used this on a gtrs gt2871r and 2867r. Just need t25 exhuast side. Can order turbos directly from garret dont need a “kit”

This manifold is highly coveted because it is one of the few that do not crack and allow for an OEM placement of the turbo

I'm running a 28rs on this manifold with a V-band adapter to a custom downpipe. Its a great setup for our cars before going to bigger turbo classes. I don't think there are any more eliminator turbos available from ATP unless someone has some leftover stock. I have a couple of the original APR catted downpipes that came with the stage 3/3+ kits that mate to the stock exhaust to make installation plug and play.
