Buzzing sound in dashboard when moving steering wheel at 1800 RPM

Hello. Can someone please help me?
My A6 C6 2.0 TDI is making buzzing noise somewhere behind cluster, on the left side, only at 1800 RPM while moving steering wheel. Both when stationery or while driving, I can hear it at 1800RPM and when moving steering wheel, and sound is like some buzzing, rattling.
Like sound is coming from behind light switch or somewhere behind cluster, but unfortunately, I cant stop it when pressing parts behind by hand.
I recorded it, so if someone can give me some advice, because it is very annoying and frustrating, and I have no idea where else to check.
    Here are videos:

Second one I recorded beneath dashboard, while moving steering wheel and keep engine at 1800 RPM:

I'd start popping trim off and looking for loose fasteners and/or vibration insulating tape that has slipped out of place

I removed left ventilation trim, light switch, airbag from steering wheel - no success.
I tried to lay down on floor and to reproduce sound, but although I can hear it, I can not stop it.
I tried to press and touch all reachable points, wires and plastics under the steering wheel and around it, fuse box, relays and all approachable wires - nothing happened. Sound is like somewhere upper always. Somewhere under dash and behind ventilation pipe and I cant locate it. I can't reach it, there is nothing there.
Is it possible that sound is from drivetrain or under hood, and just sounds like it is in cabin?
Do someone have any other option or advice?

It's just too difficult for me to tell from the video where it could be coming from specifically.

Removing the cluster isn't actually that hard, there are videos on youtube - Maybe that would allow you to access more of the area under the dash. Have you tried applying pressure to the top side of the dashboard while the sound is happening? Sometimes it only takes a little bit of pressure to stop something from vibrating and that might at least give you a better idea of where to look.
