Fluid maintenance trans diff front diff

Trying to change all fluids . Only had vehicle for 2 months 2015 rs7. What do I need front diff fluid. Trans fluid. Rear diff fluid.
How much of each and recommended brands for each thank you in advance.

There are two types of oil in the rear diff (two sections)
