Help please. HVAC blend door flap.

I've been doing some research on my no heat issue. I've replaced the outside air temp sensor, the coolant temp sensor (the green one near the fire wall), the sensor near the cabin air filter, new t-stat when I did the t-belt job one year ago, flushed out the heater core. I came across this video where you can fix you blend door flap by using these plugs. Has anyone used these plugs?

Some more info. My A/C works. I don't have any fault codes (as seen in screenshot below). This morning, after my avant gets up to temp, I turn on my heat (highest heat setting) with the lowest fan speed for the windshield defrost setting and I get warm air coming out of the vent for about one minute then goes cool air. I then put the center air vents button and turn off the HVAC control for a few seconds. Then I turn it back on with the lowest fan speed setting and get the same results where I get warm air coming out of the center air vents for about one minute and then goes cool air.
