From what I know, the A4 and Q5 3.2 calipers do look very similar, and both use the same 320mm rotors. However, I'm not 100% sure if they are a direct fit without modifications, as there could be slight differences in mounting points or other dimensions

They did fit 100%

B8.0 Q5 used the same TRW floating calipers as B8 A4 and A5. Even the wheel bearing housing is the same. B8.5 Q5 is what switched to the Brembo fixed calipers. Which is why they are direct swaps to B8 A4 and A5.
