Getting a crank no start issue fuel system was tested off vcds and communicated with ecm, checked crank position sensor and showed 300-400 rpm so that’s seems to be okay, however ecm management relay 219 is stuck open, looks okay but actual connection is a bit corroded, this cause a no spark issue?

J271 ECM Power Supply Relay (probably physically labeled "219") provides power to the coilpacks. So, yeah. That could definitely cause a no start.

I'm guessing you have no spark.

Dealership should have one. It’s just a relay so hopefully they don’t rape you on price.
