I've got no problem shipping across the border. I just checked and part numbers match between 2014 and 2016 so you're good there

Thanks, I have also confirmed the PNs.
I have to do a little more digging first as I'm also having an intermittent signal repeater issue in that same mirror... so now I'm suspecting the shared ground to be the issue... probably a flaky connection.
