I have a boat search site that I started with a friend. Our inspiration was Autotempest, an automotive listing aggregator.

At the moment, we've been able to scrape from 12 boat listing sites, which means there's about 250,000+ listings for you to browse.

I would love some feedback on what you like, what you hate, what needs work, etc...

At the moment, its fairly basic (not to many search parameters) but it seems to work pretty well. Plus, there is a boat valuation tool.
