I sent this guy several PayPal payments (one for the original item, one for an additional one, and one for shipping). I have the receipts and his emails to me as evidence.
The guy/woman never sent the merchandise. Kept saying he was busy but would get it out. Finally, I told him to refund me and he went silent.
Note that I paid by PayPal with Friend and Family at his instruction. Now I know why...they won't try to get the money back when you do that.
