Aftermarket Apple play/ android options?

So found 2 products that seem very similar except price. Any of you guys have these head units?
Is it a branding thing or a quality difference?

I have the RSNav and recommend it every chance I get. I'm pretty sure that it's the preferred product. It's got superior support to most (or all) other devices, and the software is updated regularly. Installation is straightforward but may take a couple hours or so and result in some scraped knuckles. There are a few threads here and on AudiWorld that discuss this topic

Also have a RSNAV. Been pretty solid and really modernized the vehicle.

RS Nav is super nice but I spent 1/3 the cost on an ebay unit the carplay works great. Bought a 2nd for my wife's q3.

Snagged a chinese CarPlay module off eBay. 15 min install, super clean, uses factory buttons and works well so far. Wired or wireless. Wife already asking for one for her q3
