Front CV Axle: manual vs automatic transmission

Part number for DCT Front CV Axle: 8K0407271Q

What's the difference? Maybe where it bolts to the differential?

I can get a GKN axle assy for an automatic S4 for $30 cheaper is why I'm asking.

There is no 8K0 407 271 A, and by time the S4 arrived in MY10, they would be on the P/Q/R/S axles.

Would be Q on the B8.0 S4, regardless of transmission, but that was replaced with AJ at the facelift.
