So, I have replaced everything from Pcv to n80 the only thing I have not replaced is my throttle body and turbo plus a few sensors. But the issue is still here it’s extremely slow to boost but gets to 25+ (custom tune) anyways, it also spits and sputters and doesn’t like going past 5k no access to vcds yet mods are hpfp upgrade ngk plugs bkr7eix apr coils intake and 3 inch Ecs tuning turbo back. It’s very annoying I’ve boost leak tested with no leaks and boost gauge is at 20 vacuum idle. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I break any rules (longtime lurker)

There's not enough information there to have any idea what you're talking about.

What is this vehicle? Model year? What is the engine code?

You have a custom tune, so any standardized opinion would be irrelevant as its not a stock engine.

Oh my bad, vehicle is a 6mt b7 a4 Quattro. engine code is bwt just looking for any opinions that’s all, but at 4.5 to 5 k rpm’s it feels like it falls flat in an instant and boost ramps up and down almost violently.

Well, random guessing without a proper scan for DTCs using VCDS is just counter productive. BWT, so the old EA113 engines. The turbo is similar to the one on the EA888 in the B8, but I think the wastegate controller is run off IM vacuum? You might look at the diaphragm for the diverter valve. An EA113 probably would have the old design, and that diaphragm was known to eventually tear. But as for any known concerns with the N75 wastegate actuator, you might ask in the actual B7 A4 forum. But it would just be easier to do logs and see what's actually going on and work from that, along with any actual errors.
