Ok here’s my little DIY retrofit if anyone is interested on doing this.
I would like to thank smac770 for his help on finding the right parts in orders to do this.
So I started this with big fear that i am gonna fail miserably because I didn’t order the trims cover with the “hole” but wanted to actually try and figured it out if i can make the “holes” myself cause both trims they would cost more than $160 cheapest i found them were $80 each brand new because used they were none.
But I thought i would give a it a try and if i fail I’ll order the trims with the “hole”.
Ok on the main course now you’ll obviously need to remove the door panels and replace them with the ones that have the integrated sunshades
There are plenty YouTube videos on how to remove the panels, threads as well.
Tools needed for the actual job are just a

And a power drill to drill the door sheet metal

Parts are 2 brackets and 4 screws.

They are actually different for left and right but don’t worry you wont be able to mess them cause they actually say left or right on them.
Plus the two guides on the corner of the brackets makes it impossible to put it on the wrong side.
Moving forward
I started by trying to make a dead hole on the trim by having the shade up and the bracket in the middle and also trying to mark with a marker the figure of the bracket but as every human being i only have two hands and after 30 minutes of struggling to perfectly align the bracket i was fed up and almost quit.
So I decided to to remove the trim from the door maybe this way i would do a better job trying to mark the bracket on the trim.
AND THAT WAS IT everything was there the whole time i didn’t even have to mark nothing.
The Trim has a figure of the bracket (thank you Audi)

And also the door has the the holes for the screws( thank you audi once again)

Everything is there ready for you just to make the hole and mount the bracket

I took my time cutting the hole so I don’t go over the edges.
I actually made the hole by cutting on the inside of the figure which later didn’t work out because the bracket wouldn’t go in so i had to cut the hole a little bit more.
Don’t worry if you make it just a little bit bigger cause once the bracket is on eliminates any tiny mistakes you might have made by covering on top of them.
Next put the trim on,mount the bracket and drill the holes with the power drill try and go slowly so you don’t wiggle left or right and that’s it.

Now roll the shade up and ENJOY!
