I got the mailer myself right when I was about to take it in for a very rattly subwoofer on the driver side door. They said they had the alternator/starter in stock and ready to go and I could bring it on for the recall to as well to address the subwoofer. All in all, 4 days total, but the delay was the woofer flying in from Germany. They did identify aside from the subwoofer being blown, that the B&O trim on the speaker was loose and would rattle as well, so they took all the B&O trim pieces out and 3M'd taped them down to avoid any further noise.
