I have a 2021 Q7 Prestige. I spent 30 mins on the phone (via Facetime) with the local dealership and they can't figure out why my Lane Guidance isn't working. We went to the driver assistance page and tried to turn the "Lane Guidance" toggle off and back on. But when we turned it off, the entire line greyed out. When we tried to turn it back on, we got the error "The selected system is currently unavailable." We tried a soft and hard reset of the MMI with no luck. The button on the stalk does activate the lane departure feature but we never see the 2 green arrows for the lane assist/centering. It's still under warranty but I was hoping to avoid a service call if someone has figured this out. Thanks!Click image for larger version.
