Maybe in the US? One of the guys on the OzAudi forum has ordered Merlin Pearl for his RS3 just this week.
When I was first shown the specs and order forms Exclusive paint was an option, code was Q0Q0

Mine finally left Emden yesterday so at least I can rest a bit easy. Still gonna be until July 19 the before it gets to San Diego. Hopefully it gets on a truck since it's only going to Vegas.

Steering wheel is making cranking noise

Hey all, my RS3’s steering wheel is making a cranking noise whenever I turn in either direction, as if an old clock is being wound up. I literally just picked it up today :( anyone else experience this? I’m bringing it back tomorrow at 8am for further inspection…what a bummer!

I am on vacation in Miami for a few days and got some pics of a 2025 at "The Collection" dealer down in Coral Gables. I have to say most of the changes look great in person.

I remember someone in this thread talking about wheelspacers... whats the recommended setup?

Tried searching... app on phone = 0 results, ha

Loving this car... spent so much money already on "upgrades" :)

Drove straight from dealer to get 15% ceramic tint, have the carbon center console plate coming, installed rear carbon tag garnish, have a tow hook plate mount coming (stupid MD), a few interior accessories, matrix lighting unlock and splashguards.

So next up is maybe wheel spacers, intake and down/midpipes.

    Anyone considering other carbon bits?

But not the Carbon Package.... interesting. Didnt someone say the Carbon package is the reason Dynamic+ wasnt getting the Perellis?

    Where is this?

It’s weird. At first the only time I saw Pirellis was on the non carbon package equipped cars (light wheels). But then since I’ve seen carbon package/dark wheels with the pirellis, so it seems to just be random and both are technically new “ultra high performance” “C” compound

Just filled up my 25 for the first time, did about 305 miles. I’m hoping I can keep that consistent but I’ve also been babying the car really hard since it’s still under 500 miles

Any recommendations/suggestions from the experienced members for the break-in period (assuming it is around 1,000 miles)?

I have always taken the owner's manual as the authority for run-in. The 2023 manual (p. 97) says:
"A new vehicle must be broken in within the first 1,000 miles (1,500 km) so that all moving parts work smoothly together, which helps to increase the service life of the engine and other drive components. Do not drive higher than two-thirds of the maximum permitted engine RPM during the first 600 miles (1,000 km) and do not use full acceleration. The engine can be increased RPM gradually during the next 300 miles (500 km)."
The manual also advises to drive 5000 km on the street before tracking the car.

I would add that some other manufacturers (e.g., Porsche, Lotus) recommend varying rpm (within the run-in rpm limit) rather than driving at a consistent rpm for a long time. Audi's manual is agnostic on that, but I plan to do this.

Granted this owner's manual covers the A3/S3/RS3, and the RS3 has a different engine than the others, unless there is specific guidance from Audi about the RS3, I would follow the above procedure. There is a lot of dispute over run-in for cars in general with many owners unfortunately putting forward their own personal theories that seem intended to defend their pre-existing desire to "drive it like you stole it." With an engine as special as the RS3 has, I think what race car driver Jackie Stewart called "mechanical sympathy" is in order. It makes sense to treat your car with respect and follow the recommended run-in procedure so engine (and other) components can seat correctly before they're subject to the temperatures and stress of high rpm driving. I'm sure some forum members will be upset or offended by my perspective, but I think it's important to get it out there so new owners can make their own judgment.

100% agree, I normally would break a car in by finding a huge hill and go WOT up it in 4th and 5th gear to load it up. Dump the oil the next day and enjoy. The RS3 is the most expensive car I've ever bought so I plan to follow the guidelines on this one. :)

And... Today I did some autocross in the 280z, there was an 8V RS3 there, no tuning mods, just sway bars, and it put down one of the fastest times out of almost 30 cars. Man I cannot wait to get my RS3!!

    For those who've taken delivery
What do the jack points look like? Pinch weld?
Also. Do the lights do the animation at locking snd unlocking? Someone told me the US versions dont do that?! Dynamic turn signals front and back?

Has anyone had success ordering an Audi Exclusive color on their 2025 or is that coming in 2026? I have found a PDF of the Audi Exclusive colors but it looked rather limited. I really want a Solar/Glut Orange RS3 and wasn't sure if anyone had heard anything official from their dealer.

Oh don't you worry. I just got my '24 a little more than a year ago. Not in the market for another one for a while. Now the RS6 Avant Performance that was sitting next to it .... I could do one of those.

As mentioned before I ended up passing on my order but was able to test drive a RS3 today finally. Happy I walked away from my order. Audi Winnipeg (ask for Cole) has a white RS3 available if anyone is looking for one, although you might have to bend their elbow to allow it being shipped out of Province.
