Question about "Light Function Package"

Hi guys. I heard that for the Audi E-tron there is a Function on demand called "Light Function Package" which costs $260. I think the feature of this package is to unlock the matrix lights to light lateraly to the direction of turning. Does anyone knows if there is a way to tell if my car has already equipped with this light function package? I just recently got a used e-tron, I am not sure if my car already has it.

Is this one of the features that is software based but not officially allowed in the US yet?
