I purchased a 2021 Q5 in March of 2021. Until December of 2023 I was receiving the Sirius/XM 360L stations on my MMI not using the Sirius/XM app on the MMI. The Sirius/XM 360L are the Sirius/XM Streaming Stations. I subscribe to Sirius/XM Platinum service and have the Audi free basic Audi Connect Care service after the trial period end after 6 months after purchasing the Q5. The Q5 was at the Audi dealer for 12 days trying to determine why these stations quit working. Finally they told me that I needed to subscribe to an Audi Connect service that included WiFI to receive thse stations. the Q5 shows that the cellular LTE service is working and I can unlock the door, and check the status of the Q5 on the MY Audi app. That tells me that the built-in cellular service is still working. It seems that no one at Audi understand SiriusXM 360L. Can someone tell me if they are receiving the SiriusXM streaming stations without subscribing to and Audi Connect service that offers WiFi?
